Produce a Show

Producing Partners are the life blood of the Theater. Without our partners we could not afford to put on our outstanding theatrical performances. We, the employees, the board and the many volunteers, thank you for your consideration in being a Producing Partner. Piedmont Players Theatre, Inc. won a very special award in 2003 at the North Carolina Theater Conference. We brought to Salisbury and Rowan County "the Best Community Theater in North Carolina" award for "sustained excellence." We here at Piedmont Players are very proud that we won for "sustained excellence." That means we are recognized for great shows year after year.

Producing Partners receive the following benefits:

MAIN STAGE PRODUCTIONS
PRODUCING PARTNER GENERAL BENEFITS

1.  Receive all of the benefits of PPT Angel level for membership for the entire season (6 tickets to each Meroney show) and an additional 24 tickets for any performance of your sponsored production.

2.  Receive a Producing Partner Preview performance Wednesday prior to opening night with full use of facilities for reception before or after show.

3.  Ability to promote business through joint marketing program.  For example, have theater goers receive special discount when presenting ticket stub at your business.

4.  A great feeling that you are supporting the community of Rowan County by bringing great entertainment to Salisbury

VISUAL ADVERTISING

1. “Piedmont Players Theatre and __________ present __________________________” will be printed on the playbill cover of your chosen production.

2. (Producer name) ______________ shall be authorized to promote itself via a one-half page advertisement in each playbill for the entire season. (Seven productions, Value - $375)

3. “Produced by ______________.” will be printed on a lobby banner.

4.  Special Recognition as Producing Sponsor on our Producers page of the website.

5.  Recognition on our website under Season Schedule, Now Showing, and Playbill Advertising sections, and any other page promoting their sponsored production.

6. “Produced by ______________ ” will be printed on any T-shirts produced for their show.

7. “Produced by ______________”  will be printed on all posters displayed in local businesses and all other distribution points.

8. ______________ will be added to the Producing Partners Club roster, along with production name, in playbills for the entire season.

MEDIA ADVERTISING

1. “Produced by ______________” will be on all press releases  and news articles promoting the show, as printed or announced by the media receiving the press release.

2. “Produced by ______________” will be requested to be printed in all newspaper articles regarding the show. 

3. “Produced by ______________ ” shall be printed on all display advertisements in local newspapers for the show.

Ticket Sponsor - $1,500

Your company name and logo will appear on the back of each Theater ticket for the season (28,000 tickets). You may offer a special promotion if you wish. For example, offer a special discount or free service/merchandise when the customer brings in their ticket stub.

Opening Night Reception Sponsor 

Provide the food and beverages for an opening night/meet the cast reception, hosted after the show in the 3rd floor reception room.

Your name will appear in the playbill for your chosen show as "Opening Night Reception Sponsored by". A sign advertising your sponsorship will be placed in the lobby and you may display any material promoting your business at the reception (menus, signs, services, etc.).
