Box Office Hours
Box office is open to the public during the show weeks only.
On the first Monday Box Office hours are - 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
All other weekdays Box Office hours are 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

On nights of public performances, the Box Office will reopen from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm and will be open at 1:00 PM before the Sunday matinee performance. Come by or call 704-633-5471 during these hours to make reservations.

Policy Note
There is no charge for the first ticket change. Subsequent changes will result in service fee of $3.00 per ticket.

Latecomers
Out of consideration for both the actors and audience, latecomers will be seated by the House Manager at selected intervals which will distract as little as possible. A monitor is available in the main lobby for viewing until you can be seated.

Theater Guidelines
The use of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited. Candy wrappers, beeping watches, pagers and cellular phones are very distracting to the actors and aundience. Patrons are kindly silence theirs phones and pagers before the performance begins. Patrons who have disruptive children will be requested to please take them to the main lobby.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building; ashtrays are provided under the marquee in front of the theater.

To avoid waiting in line, concessions may be pre-ordered in the lobby before each productio. Labeled pre-orders will be waiting on the main lobby concessions table. Please enjoy your refreshments only in the main lobby or outside under the marquee. Food and drink are not permitted in balcony, balcony lobby or auditorium.

Hearing Assistance
A limited number of headphones are available at the Box Office and may be reserved at the time of reservation. They function in any seat in the auditorium. They are to be returned to the House Manager following the performance.
