Dance Class
Study musical theatre dance styles
including jazz and tap basics

Mondays: February 3rd - March 9th

During the 6 week sessions, students will learn combinations and pieces of choreography, exploring various styles to build a foundation for performing and auditioning. The fall session will conclude with a sharing/parent observation on the last day of the session. Students will need to bring jazz and tap shoes along with a water bottle, and wear clothing to prepare for movement.

The cost is $125 for all 6 weeks.

Class Registration

One week advanced registration is required for all classes. Students may not attend any class without registration and emergency contact info on file.

Early Drop Off & Late Pick Up

PPT is not responsible for children that are dropped off early or picked up late without prior notice and arrangements. Please ensure arrangements are made with us.


Instructors reserve the right at any time to reassign any student if an alternative class is more suited for the child’s educational needs.

Cancellation Policy

PPT makes every effort to maintain the schedule of classes as announced. However, we reserve the right to cancel any class not meeting a minimum enrollment. Class cancellations are decided at least one week prior to the beginning of class. Fees are 100% refundable if PPT cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment.

Class tuition will be refunded in full up to 30 days prior to the class start date. Refunds will not be granted after the deadline. Tuition cannot be credited to future class sessions.

Meet the Instructor

Ashlyn Keller-Silver

Ashlyn Keller-Silver received her BFA in Dance from UNC Greensboro, holds a k-12 certification, and is currently working on her Master’s in pedagogy from Wayne State University. At PPT, Ashlyn choreographed The Producers, Sister Act, Mamma Mia, and The Wiz. On stage at the Meroney, she had a part in CHICAGO (Velma), Cabaret, CATS (Rumpleteazer), and The Addams Family. During a teaching career which has spanned over 30 years, Ashlyn has served on the faculty at the School of The Charlotte Ballet, Children’s Theatre Charlotte, Arts In Action (National Dance Institute affiliate), Piedmont School of Music and Dance, and in the schools systems of Cabarrus, Durham, Kannapolis City, CMS, and Chapel- Hill Carrboro. Schools. Ashlyn currently teaches dance at Carson High School and Centerstage Dance Company in China Grove. She lives in Davidson with her husband, Jason.
