Norvell Theater Announces Kids’ Summer Movie Series Inspired by Upcoming Live-Performance Season
Families are invited to Norvell Theater this summer for a special Kids’ Summer Movie Series, a three-week celebration of beloved stories that will soon come to life on stage in the theater’s upcoming live-performance season.
The series will feature three family favorites on the big screen: ROBIN HOOD on July 25, CINDERELLA on August 1, and FROZEN on August 8. Each event is designed to give children and families a fun, creative way to connect with these classic characters and stories before seeing them performed live.
Doors will open at 1 PM for pre-show crafts, activities, and photo opportunities with characters from the movies. The featured movie will begin at 2 PM.
“This series is a wonderful way for families to experience the magic of these stories together,” said PPT Managing Director Kevin Dietzel. “It brings young families in the community together and gets them excited for the upcoming youth theatre season.”
The Kids’ Summer Movie Series offers a welcoming afternoon outing for children, parents, grandparents, and theater fans of all ages. Guests can enjoy themed activities, take photos, and settle in for a movie experience that builds anticipation for the Norvell’s upcoming stage productions.
All events take place at the Norvell Theater. Pre-show activities begin at 1 PM, and each movie begins at 2 PM. Concessions available for purchase in the lobby.
