In this Christmas Classic, a gentleman named Kris Kringle fills in for a drunken Macy’s Parade Santa Claus.
Impressed by his performance, Macy’s hires Kris to be Macy’s store Santa. As Doris Walker, the Event Director, begins to realize that Kris believes himself to be Santa Claus. Doris and her daughter Susan are faced with deciding what they believe about Kris. The story leads to a court case where Doris’s neighbor and friend Fred must prove Kris is not mentally unsound, and actually is Santa Claus!
